AI-assisted suggestions for care plan sections based on resident assessment data. Suggestions are always reviewed and approved by a registered professional before saving — the AI assists, it does not decide.

Column-level PII encryption
NHS numbers, dates of birth, and GP details are now stored encrypted at the column level using PGP symmetric encryption. Existing data was migrated automatically with zero downtime.
