CareDeck exists because UK care homes deserve software as good as the care they provide.
Our mission
The UK care sector runs on paper — thick folders of handwritten notes that get misplaced, are illegible under pressure, and tell inspectors very little about the quality of care actually being delivered. CareDeck replaces that paper trail with a digital system purpose-built for the CQC Single Assessment Framework.
We are not a generic care management platform. Every feature is designed specifically for the compliance and care needs of UK residential and nursing homes, mapped to the 34 quality statements CQC uses to make its judgements. When an inspector walks through the door, your team should be able to answer every question in minutes, not hours.

CareDeck Ltd is registered in England and Wales. We are headquartered in the UK and all of our infrastructure is UK-based. Our team includes former care home managers, registered nurses, and software engineers with experience in regulated industries.
